Prep before Appointment
We take pride in gaining a thorough understanding of all animal guests who are sent in to enjoy our services. Information furnished is all captured in our system so as to ensure that all services are personalised to attend to specific needs of different guests.
11am – Styling Appointment
All our service sessions are conducted on an appointment basis so that our animal guests are accorded undivided attention. The same stylist or therapist would be appointed to attend to animal guests so as to build trust and foster familiarity.
Have a Comfy Rest Before My Turn
For guests who arrive ahead of their appointments or while waiting for fur parents to pick them up after service sessions, they are ushered into our air conditioned waiting room. Here they can rest in the comfort of a tailored playlist and light scent of essential oil.
1115am – Brush Me Up
Prior to a performing a pre-clip (dependant on required style), a thorough brush-out is done to loosen dead hair trapped in coats or even undo knots and mats.
1125am – Take My Temperature & Weight
Our guests' weight and body temperature is taken at this juncture so as to keep track of their health status. Our stylists are able to forewarn fur parents of any signs of impending health problems from irregularities in weight and body temperatures.
1145am – Wake Up the Bubbles
Our stylists take shampooing animal guests very seriously as we are able to observe skin and coat condition up-close. Any irregularity will be brought to attention and recorded accordingly. Through such observation, the shampoo, conditioner and serum combination can be tailored to our guests' needs.
Clean My Pearlies
With a relaxing massage and teeth brushing administered during shampoo sessions, our animal guests are prepped for the blow-dry session later. Anal gland expression is performed only when required.
1215pm – Fluff Me Up
We firmly believe that all our guests should be hand-blown so as to avoid having guests go through the trauma of being cage-blown. Our stylists would also be able to maintain shape of coats through skillful hand-blowing.
1300pm – Snip Snip Snip
Bearing in mind preferences and instructions from fur parents, different styles are created via precise and patient scissoring. If hair-dyeing is required, it will be performed after the completion of the scissoring stage.
1430pm – Check Out My New Look!
All ready to go home after yet another pampering session! :D
